I don't normally do reviews, but in this instance i think it warrants one. Totally professional approach from initial engagement right through to the completion of the work. It was such a weight off my shoulders with refresh doing everything, from the initial design, working from my requirements and suggestions, through to managing every aspect of the work (sourcing materials, workforce, deliveries) every aspect was managed in such a way that this has been the only renovation i've had done that has been stress free. everything was project managed extremely efficiently and respectful of my needs. Even when i had an issue, post the actual build (nothing to do with the renovation), refresh stepped up and helped me to resolve the issue, even though they had no obligation to do so. I would and already have recommended Refresh to my friends and would certainly engage with again if i carry out any further renovations.

We had been considering renovating our home for a number of years but had always been reticent to start, given the inevitable complexities of the process and the potential pitfalls of project managing something so significant ourselves. Our decision to engage Saleem and his team was the best choice we could have made. From the first design meeting - through planning, costings, consenting and then the actual build process - the communications, level of engagement and renovations were exemplary. Saleem and the team always had pragmatic and high-quality solutions to any complexities that arose and dealt with our ‘bright ideas’ with aplomb. We were extremely pleased with the job that Asif and the RR team did with our bathroom and neighbouring bedroom, which addressed issues we had spent several stressful years dealing with (following a thoroughly miserable time with a botched bathroom installation). While the project took a bit longer and cost a bit more than we expected, in the end it was worthwhile for the peace of mind of knowing the job was being done thoroughly, carefully and professionally. If we'd used the RR team when our bathroom was initially installed we would have saved ourselves a lot of money (and stress) in the long run. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.

We've just completed the C&F stage where they take us through a rough guide of what our project will look like. Even though it is a very preliminary stage, I still found it quite detailed and helpful in understanding what is to come in the next stages. So far I am very happy with the care we've been shown and the enthusiasm they have for our project.

Refresh Renovations Surrey did an amazing job fitting the bathroom pieces I had selected and making my vision come to life. We had had some issues with another bathroom which had been fitted by other builders, so I came to Refresh with some very detailed requests. Kelley and her team fulfilled all the requirements and made having people working in the house almost unnoticeable! Revamping this tucked away bathroom in a very old house posed plenty of problems, but there was nothing that had not been foreseen nor anything that caused any issues- a first with all the tradespeople we have been able to work with! The finish has been excellent and, even with COVID-19 restrictions and delays which were out of their hands, they managed to get the project done in a timely and respectful manner. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kelley and I look forward to doing so again in the future.

He explained the five stages and we committed to Stage 1 which provided a detailed Budget Estimate of the whole project. I hired refresh to construct a one story extension and create a kitchen dinner and downstairs toilet. I wanted someone to project manage it all for and was really taken on the idea of a fixed maximum price. Sergio took me through the whole process from all the planning through to completion. I am really pleased with the result. It is a really high quality job and everything was finished off before project closure. Even though there were some complications along the way refresh honoured the fixed price. Highly recommend.

Sergio and Christian were both professional and efficient. We had 2 projects successfully completed and only the pandemic was to blame for the 2nd one overrunning. The standard and detail was exemplary and we would thoroughly recommend.

We contracted Refresh Renovations to renovate our existing kitchen and convert part of the integral garage into a utility room and downstairs washroom. The work started one week before the country went into Lockdown, and quickly the work fell into difficulties with having to reduce the workers on site due to the need to maintain social distancing and problems obtaining supplies. The issues meant that the agreed timescales were eventually doubled, but despite this, the work was eventually completed. There were various specification changes due to the supply problems, but the team were very pro-active in bringing these changes to light and flexible in their approach to resolving these and other issues as they arose. Many thanks to Sergio, Christian and their always cheerful team for their work in bringing this project to a successful conclusion, and we are very happy with the final result.

I met with Tracy and Roger regarding the renovation of my bathroom. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with what was required, but I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any future building projects.

I used Refresh and Kelley to completely redecorate the ground floor including large open plan living area, kitchen, office and utility room. The job involved re-tiling the whole area and painting some walls and wallpapering. As well as skirting boards and finishing: grouting/sealing etc. It truly is a fully managed service right down to prep work, removal of waste (including all the tiles), and even help/advice with choosing the right tiles and even colour scheme. The quality of the finish was outstanding; each worker was quick, clean and very professional. The pricing was very honest given the level of service, with no hidden costs. I would thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting a high-quality finish, and hassle-free experience.

Very happy with every step of our bathroom refurb, from initial contact - to design - to installation. Asif and his team were all helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, giving us great advice and making much better use of our bathroom space then we ever would have done! We met Kelley and Kim back in Oct 2019. We just had one single week in London to address all renovation works we intended to do: decide on how the new kitchen would look like and several other works to be performed as the house was rented out for some years. The main works were in the kitchen and lounge: a new kitchen fitted far more functional than the original one with loads of additional space, some new appliances and a full new floor all over the lower floor of the house. Kelley perfectly understood what we wanted, presented us the different options, helped us with the kitchen vendors to take all decisions, issued the proposal and we closed the deal during that week. Extremely effective, extremely professional. The next step was the execution. It all went so smoothly. We were aware of every step via an app where we followed all works daily and we also created a WhatsApp group to exchange information. On the date agreed to have all finished... it was all finished! We have used Sergio and Refresh Renovations to complete our ambitious project of almost doubling the size of previously 2-bedroom room house, including some changes to the old part of the house. We started with a relatively tight budget and wanted to have the job done in summer. We have been impressed as the work started rapidly and went smoothly without any of our inputs and minimal disruptions. We believe and verified independently that the structural work including foundations, brick work, roof, and timber had been done to high standard. Sergio and the team were flexible and fair in accepting and consulting any changes, and also very smart in resolving unexpected obstacles. The work completed in 3 months, unlike similar projects in the area which we have seen taking between 6-12 months. We highly recommend Sergio and his team and we think of using them again for kitchen renovation as we save some more money.

First-rate project management - getting plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers and plasterers lined up to come in on time one after the other, they turned our worn-out, antiquated and quirky bathroom into something fit for a luxury hotel, more or less within the relatively short timescale quoted.

We had been looking for a builder/renovator for six months prior to finding Refresh and struggled to find anyone that would recommend their builder.

We found Refresh Renovations online and were directed to our local team in Surrey. From the moment we met Kelley and Kim we could see how organised and professional they were. They were excellent at listening to what we wanted and providing suggestions and advice to develop our ideas.

Kelley and Kim had some excellent thoughts and tips that we would never have thought of to allow the project to be finished to a very high standard. They provided quotes in a timely manner and supported us when we went to visit showrooms.

The team worked on site for just over two months and have completely renovated our whole home. It now has a contemporary feel and is constantly complimented by visitors.

The drawings that were provided were excellent! They were exciting to see & it was clear that Simon & the architect Mike had listened to our brief & provided great drawings showing the potential of our build. We have made a couple of changes to the original drawings & Refresh Renovations couldn't have been more supportive.
