How much does it cost to renovate an apartment in the UK?

In the UK, we’ve completed projects for £30,000-£85,000*, with some flat renovations falling outside of that range. A common misconception is that the greatest indicator of apartment remodelling costs is the size of the apartment. However, it’s not. The project scope includes more details and is far more indicative of the final cost of your apartment remodeling. For example, the cost of an ensuite renovation could easily exceed that of a complete flat renovation if the scope is significant and luxurious. Luckily, refining your project’s scope and getting an estimate are all part of Refresh’s comprehensive 5-step process, so there’s no surprises.
