You’ve signed off on the plans and accepted the cost estimate. Now, construction can begin! Your Renovation Consultant will arrange contractors, coordinate their schedules, order materials, and ensure the correct permits are in order. Whatever else comes up, they’ll take care of that too. Your Renovation Consultant will be in regular communication, but you can also use the online client portal to check in on the progress of your basement renovation.
