Your Renovation Consultant will provide you with a fixed quote for the scope of your project, and while you can make changes at any point during your renovation, they may cause delays and incur additional costs as they are outside of the original scope decided on at this point. Any final changes to your plans should be made now before building begins.

Build / Construction Stage

Continued support from your Renovation Consultant while they professionally manage the day-to-day on site means that you can go about your regular routine with minimal disruptions. Step 5
Your Finished Renovation
Code of Compliance documents are required to prove that your new roof has been built up to code. So, before we can call your roofing project complete, your Renovation Consultant will arrange for all appropriate council documentation. With that in hand, your new roof is finished!
