House Recladding Specialists
It’s what’s in the inside that counts, but when it comes to houses, first impressions are everything. A tired exterior can significantly lower the value of a house, re-clad or repaint to help modernise and add value to your home.

It protects your home against moisture and harsh weather conditions, so ensuring you have a weathertight seal that’s also aesthetically beautiful is a sound investment.
Unsure of the cost to reclad a house? Or what your options are for recladding a plaster house? Our Renovation Consultants are here to help at every stage, from brainstorming and design inspiration to material selection and cost-effective solutions.
We’ve completed countless projects with a wide range of materials — recladding monolithic houses, installing brick veneer for a classic villa, insulating and recladding a weatherboard house — but our process remains consistent: deliver high-quality and stress-free renovations, on time and within budget.

A smoother house recladding process
Our 5-step approach ensures an organised recladding process that prioritises both high-quality results and a stress-free experience.
Step 1
Briefing / Initial Consultation
The first meeting with your Renovation Consultant is a chance for you to clearly outline the goals for your project, the budget, and a prospective deadline. This information helps to create a clear picture of your project’s scope and whether or not it’s realistic. Provide all the information you can during this phase, as it will result in more detailed plans.
Step 2
Concept and Feasibility
Concept designs will be drawn up according to what you discussed during your initial consultation. These illustrations will bring your ideas to life, allow you to make design decisions, and determine the feasibility of your plans.
Step 3
Working Drawings and Costing
Moving forward, your Renovation Consultant will arrange for the concept designs to be developed into working drawings which take into account more technical aspects such as architectural and engineering considerations. Making any final changes during this phase will be included in the fixed quote that your Renovation Consultant provides. If you want to make further changes or add work outside of this scope once construction begins, that may cause delays and incur additional costs.
Step 4
Build / Construction Stage
Now you can see your home’s exterior makeover begin to take shape. Excellent support and communication from your Renovation Consultant will continue through this phase as they coordinate tradespeople and suppliers while maintaining an organised site. Any issues that arise will be effectively dealt with and clearly communicated to you, so your project remains on schedule and within budget.
Step 5
Your Finished Renovation
The last step before handing over your finished recladding project is to ensure that the Code of Compliance documentation is in order. This certification provides proof that your recladding was professionally executed with approval from your local council. Once you have that, your project is complete and you’re free to enjoy your refreshed home.
