You’ll start by meeting with your Renovation Consultant to talk about what you’d like to achieve, your budget, and your timeline. Step 2
Concept and Feasibility
Equipped with a clear understanding of how you’d like your finished holiday home to look, your Renovation Consultant will arrange for concept designs to be created. These will demonstrate if your vision is achievable or whether some adjustments need to be made. This is the ideal time to make key design decisions.
Step 3
Working Drawings and Costing
After you’ve confirmed that you’re happy with the concept designs, the in-depth working drawings will be developed. These encompass all the technical details including the existing structure of your property and logistical factors. This is the final stage of the planning process; now is the time to make any last-minute changes. Once you’ve confirmed you’re happy, your Renovation Consultant will provide a fixed quote and ask you to sign a contract confirming that you’re ready for the work to proceed.
Step 4
Build / Construction Stage
Your Renovation Consultant will work alongside their trusted network of contractors to turn your vision into reality. They’ll be on-site constantly and available to answer queries or address any issues. You’ll be able to carry on with your daily life and, in addition to regular personal communication with your Consultant, you can track progress using the Refresh online portal. If anything unexpected occurs that will be communicated immediately. We want your renovation to remain on schedule and within budget.
Step 5
Your Finished Renovation
Before the final sign-off, your Renovation Consultant will make sure you’re fully satisfied and that all necessary council documentation is in order, such as your Code of Compliance Certificate. Your transformed holiday home is now yours to enjoy!
